Luca Saltini

born in Modena, he graduated in piano with top marks and honors at the "O.Vecchi" Musical Institute in Modena under the guidance of Prof. Mirella Gollini.
He then studied with Aquiles delle Vigne (Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris), Ivan Drenikov, Isacco Rinaldi and finally with the "Trio di Trieste" at the International Higher School of Chamber Music in Duino, obtaining the Diploma of Merit and at the Accademia Chigiana di Siena, with the awarding of the Diploma of Honor.
He has participated in various national and international competitions always obtaining the best results: City of Stresa (first prize 1987), City of Rome (overall 1987), City of Albenga (first prize 1986), Santa Maria a Vico (absolute 1989), Competition Czerny (overall 1987), San Bartolomeo a Mare (first prize 1988), AMA Calabria (first prize 1985 and 1987), City of Messina (second prize with first not awarded 1986-1988), City of Tortona (overall 1993).
He was guest conductor of the "Bruno Maderna" orchestra in July 2019 at the C. A. Cappelli prize in Rocca S. Casciano (Forlì), where he conducted the best students of the famous soprano Raina Kabaivanska.
He is currently the musical and artistic director of the "Gioacchino Rossini" choir of Modena, collaborates with the European Lyric Laboratory in Milan and is a piano teacher at the "Sonus Academy" in Sassuolo.
