After graduating in violin at the Tirana Academy of Fine Arts with full marks in 1991, he carried out an intense concert activity in his country of origin, both as a soloist and in various ensembles, being part of the first violins of the 'orchestra of Radio Television, of the Opera and Ballet Orchestra and of the Philharmonic of Durres and Tirana, to then settle in Italy, where he has lived for almost thirty years. # nbsp; In 1993 he became professor of Violin Music at the The Riccione Music Institute collaborates with the Marchigiana Symphony Orchestra, participates in the competition for the Italian Youth Orchestra at the Teatro Valli in Reggio Emilia and begins a brilliant private teaching activity that continues to this day. In fact, he becomes a violin teacher at the "Pistoni" music school in Sassuolo (Mo), where he still teaches and his activity as a teacher, also takes place in the municipalities of Serramazzoni, Zocca and Modena where, in addition to teaching, he deals with projects of specialization and masterclass # nbsp; Maestro Llukaci, in addition to having played for the Popes: John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI conducts an intense concert activity collaborating with various masters, offering highly successful sounds from audiences and critics, performing in Italian theaters and foreigners.
He is often involved to participate in various Italian music reviews, such as: The suitcase of sounds, Ribalta marea, Festival ultra Padum, The living room in the square, Sarzana opera Festival as well as in Italian theaters, gaining great acclaim, both in Italy and abroad. , given that he has performed concerts in many countries, and continues to do so whenever the opportunity arises, such as: USA, Brazil, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary, England, Czech Republic, Japan, South Korea, Costa Rica, Onduras, South Africa, Belgium. He has represented and still represents the Emilia Romagna region in the world and since 2016 he has been Judge of classical music selection and holds Master Class for the "Festival & Contest" inter-culture project, in Russia, Kazakhstan, San Marino, Pesaro and this year, for the first time the event was held in Modena.
