Master classes
By appointment only, a personalized certificate of completion of the master class signed by the Maestro is issued. It is necessary to find out in advance the name of the Maestro and the number of available seats.

Concerts
As part of the Festival-Competition, the opening concert of the Festival and the closing concert of the Festival are held with an awards ceremony for participants.
Opening Concert:
All participants of the competition program and their accompanying persons can visit the concert free of charge. As a rule, members of the jury and well-known professional artists involved in the event perform in the opening concert.
Closing concert and awards ceremony:
Among all participants and groups, regardless of the score, the organizers of the competition will choose the brightest numbers to perform at the final concert of the competition (the choice of performances does not depend on the panel of judges, on the score, but only on the colorfulness of the number). All other participants attend the concert as spectators and go up to the stage for the awards ceremony. Participants selected to perform at the concert will be notified the evening before by telephone.
General staging performances
Members of the jury can choose individual participants or groups with which they will put together numbers with professional artists to perform in the Gala Concert of the Festival. Also, with a certain number of participants in each creative nomination, general rehearsals will be organized for staging performances at the Gala Concert. For example, a consolidated choir, consisting of all vocalists, or a general dance, where all dancers participate. For those who signed up for the competition program, these events are free.

- ATTENTION! The days of the competition for each nomination can be changed by the organizers depending on the number of accepted applications in each nomination. The exact schedule of days for each nomination will be provided 7 days before the start of the event.
- The exact schedule of registration of participants and the line of the competition will be communicated to participants additionally.
Конкурсная часть имеет квалификационный, а не соревновательный принцип оценки. Каждый участник получает диплом с указанием занятой степени исходя из среднего набранного бала.
Все участники будут оцениваться исходя из их возрастной и творческой категории. Оцениваются: техника исполнения, сложность выбранного произведения, индивидуальный подход к интерпретации произведения, манера исполнения и личный стиль.
По каждой творческой категории члены жюри оценивают по 100 бальной системе ( высчитывается средний бал каждого выступления всех членов жюри).
*В случае нескольких выступлений в одной категории, для подведения итогов выбирается произведение, получившее высшую оценку.
В зависимости от полученного балла всем участникам будут присуждены следующие степени и премии:
100 баллов — GRAN PRIZE / диплом + памятный знак
99-90 баллов — Лауреат 1 степени / диплом + памятный знак
89-80 баллов — Лауреат 2 степени / диплом
79-70 баллов — Лауреат 3 степени / диплом
менее 70 баллов — Участник / диплом
*Организаторы ни каким образом не имеют отношения к работе членов жюри и не могут повлиять на их решение. Решение судейской коллегии обсуждению не подлежит. Результаты полученных оценок будут опубликованы на сайте www.festivalcontest.net в разделе “отчеты” окончании конкурса.
*Среди всех участников и коллективов, вне зависимости от набранного балла организаторами конкурса будут выбраны самые яркие номера для выступления на заключительном концерте конкурса ( выбор выступлений не зависит от судейской коллегии, от набранного балла, а только от красочности номера). Концерт состоится только в случае специального разрешения властей во время пандемии.
Конкурсная часть Фестиваля будет проходить при закрытых дверях, в форме сдачи вступительных экзаменов. Во время конкурсного просмотра в зал допускаются сопровождающие, педагоги и родители, прошедшие регистрацию при входе в театр, только в случае соблюдения абсолютной тишины. В случае нарушения данного пункта организаторы оставляют за собой право попросить всех присутствующих освободить зал
