International Festival-Competition of Arts

The International Festival-Competition, held in Russia, Kazakhstan, Italy, Spain and France, invites creative teams and individual participants to participate without age restrictions in all creative nominations.

The Festival-Competition combines the idea of ​ ​ developing friendly relations between artists of different genres and ages through the universal language of "art," acquaintance with the traditions of other countries, and the development of respect for their own culture.

All participants receive an international diploma with an assessment of the unique international composition of jury members, have the opportunity to take master classes with certification, take part in open lessons and general performances for the Gala Concert.


IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORLD SITUATION:

due to the fact that many participants are physically unable to arrive at the festival, only this year it is possible to take part in the festival in absentia. For those wishing to participate in absentia:

3. All events of the Festival-Competition
3.1 Master classes

Master classes

By appointment only, a personalized certificate of completion of the master class signed by the Maestro is issued. It is necessary to find out in advance the name of the Maestro and the number of available seats.

Cost for those who signed up for the competition part:

individual master class - €70.00

group master class - €35.00 per person

for groups of more than 10 people - €25.00 per person

* The above mentioned price per person includes a master class lasting 45 minutes and a registered certificate signed by Maestro.

* Master classes are held only by appointment, with confirmation of Maestro's name.

3.2 Concerts

Concerts

As part of the Festival-Competition, the opening concert of the Festival and the closing concert of the Festival are held with an awards ceremony for participants.

Opening Concert:

All participants of the competition program and their accompanying persons can visit the concert free of charge. As a rule, members of the jury and well-known professional artists involved in the event perform in the opening concert.

Closing concert and awards ceremony:

Among all participants and groups, regardless of the score, the organizers of the competition will choose the brightest numbers to perform at the final concert of the competition (the choice of performances does not depend on the panel of judges, on the score, but only on the colorfulness of the number). All other participants attend the concert as spectators and go up to the stage for the awards ceremony. Participants selected to perform at the concert will be notified the evening before by telephone.

3.3 General staging of performances

Members of the jury can choose individual participants or groups with which they will put together numbers with professional artists to perform in the Gala Concert of the Festival. Also, with a certain number of participants in each creative nomination, general rehearsals will be organized for staging performances at the Gala Concert. For example, a consolidated choir, consisting of all vocalists, or a general dance, where all dancers participate. For those who signed up for the competition program, these events are free.

3.4 Program of the Festival-Competition
  • 1 day - arrival of participants, meeting with org. committee, free time.
  • Day 2 is a free day, offering a day-long excursion to Naples and Pompeii.
  • Day 3 is a free day, with a day-long excursion to Rome and the Vatican.
  • Day 4 is a free day at sea.
  • Day 5 is a free day, offering a day-long excursion to Loreto and San Marino.
  • Day 6 - Bidders' Day
  • Day 7 - Gala Concert and awards ceremony.
  • Day 8 - Departure of participants from the hotel, return home.
4. Jury evaluation system, awards, sponsors
4.1 Grading system of the competitive part
Competitive part grading system
The competitive part has a qualification, and not a competitive principle of evaluation. Each participant receives a diploma indicating the degree taken based on the average score.
All participants will be judged based on their age and creative category. Evaluated: performance technique, complexity of the selected work, individual approach to the interpretation of the work, manner of performance and personal style.
For each creative category, the jury members evaluate on a 100 point system (the average score of each performance of all jury members is calculated).
*In the case of several performances in the same category, the work that received the highest rating is selected for summing up.
Depending on the score received, all participants will be awarded the following degrees and prizes:
100 points - GRAN PRIZE / diploma + commemorative badge
99-90 points – 1st degree laureate / diploma + commemorative badge
89-80 points – 2nd degree laureate / diploma
79-70 points – 3rd degree laureate / diploma
less than 70 points - Participant / diploma
*The organizers are in no way related to the work of the jury members and cannot influence their decision. The decision of the panel of judges is not subject to discussion. The results of the evaluations received will be published on the website www.festivalcontest.net in the “reports” section at the end of the competition.
*Among all participants and teams, regardless of the score, the organizers of the competition will choose the brightest numbers to perform at the final concert of the competition (the choice of performances does not depend on the panel of judges, on the score, but only on the colorfulness of the number). The concert will take place only with special permission from the authorities during the pandemic.
The competitive part of the Festival will be held behind closed doors, in the form of entrance exams. During the competitive viewing, accompanying persons, teachers and parents who have registered at the entrance to the theater are allowed into the hall only if absolute silence is observed. In case of violation of this clause, the organizers reserve the right to ask all those present to vacate the hall

4.3 Prizes of the Festival-Competition

7 GRAN PRIZE can be awarded in the following categories: choreography, vocalists and choirs, instrumental performers and orchestras, visual and photo art, theatrical creativity, original genre, folklore creativity.

A separate GRAN PRIZE is awarded to the “best representative of culture”.
GRAN PRIZE holders will receive a diploma, a commemorative badge, as well as:

5. Accommodation of participants and free time

The purchase of accommodation from the organizers is not a prerequisite for participation in the event, but is advised!
Accommodation of participants in a campsite with a pool for adults and children, in a bungalow for 2-6 people, 5 minutes from the sea. Each bungalow has its own kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat, a toilet and shower, bed linen and towels.

Travel waiver penalties:
In case of refusal to travel by participants, the amounts already paid are subject to the following fines:
20-day waiver - 25% fine on total amount paid
15-day waiver - a penalty of 50% of the total amount paid
10-day waiver - 75% penalty on total amount paid
7 days or less waiver - 100% penalty
The organizers do not bear responsibility either economically or morally in case of refusal to travel participants due to refusal to obtain visas. The organizers provide the participants with the following documents after the payment for accommodation: an invitation from the organizers, a voucher from the hotel.

The participant/team undertakes to pay the fee for participation in the Festival-Competition no later than 25 days before the start of the festival by sending a copy of the payment order to the address info@festivalcontest.net. Applications not confirmed by payment will be automatically canceled by the organizers.

Free time
Beautiful sandy beach, magnificent walks about the Adriatic coast, as well as exciting excursions to the cities of the arts of Italy to get closer to the culture and traditions of Italy. Participants will be offered the following excursions:
Naples and Pompeii are a bus and walking tour of the historical center of Naples with a Russian-language guide, a walking tour of the excavations of the ancient city of Pompeii, the beauty road of the Gulf of Naples and magnificent views of the Mount Vesuvius. The tour is performed with a minimum of 25 recruits.
Rome and the Vatican - a walk with a Russian-speaking guide to the Imperial Forums, around the Colosseum, a visit to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Navona Square. Excursion to the most beautiful Set in the world - St. Peter's Cathedral in the Vatican.
The tour is performed with a minimum of 25 recruits.
