Grading system
The competition has a qualification, not a competitive principle of evaluation. Each participant receives a diploma indicating the degree taken based on the average score.
All participants will be evaluated based on their age and creative category. The following are evaluated: performance technique, complexity of the chosen work, individual approach to the interpretation of the work, manner of performance and personal style.
For each creative category, the jury members evaluate on a 100-point system (the average score of each performance of all jury members is calculated).
Depending on the score received, all participants will be awarded the following degrees and prizes:
Grand Prix - 100 points / Diploma, certificate for 100% discount on participation in any event organized by Festival & Contest next year.
Laureate of the 1st degree - 99-90 points / Diploma, certificate for a 50% discount on participation in any event organized by Festival & Contest next year.
Laureate of 2nd degree - 89-80 points / Diploma, 25% discount certificate for participation in any event organized by Festival & Contest next year.
Laureate of the 3rd degree - 79-70 points / Diploma
Participant - less than 70 points / Diploma
People's Opinion Award:
Regardless of the age category, regardless of the evaluation of the jury members, the votes are counted as follows:
1 view on You Tube - 1 point
1 like You Tube - 10 points

END OF THE COMPETITION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS:

• The deadline for receiving applications and video material from participants is January 15 at 17.00 Italian time.
• The deadline for payment of participation is January 16 at 17.00 Italian time.
• The competition ends at 11.00 Italian time on January 21st. The organizers count the number of likes and views left. After the above time, likes and views will not be counted by the organizers.
• Announcement of the results live on the Festival&Contest Facebook page at 17.00 Italian time on January 22.
• Written results will be published on the website www.festivalcontest.net on the “reports” page no later than January 29th.
• Diplomas and certificates will be sent in electronic form no later than January 29

In the case of teams of 3 or more people - a general diploma for the team is issued + registered diplomas to each participant. To do this, you must provide roll-call lists in English by January 15. Teams that have not provided lists before the specified date receive only a general diploma..

Well-known teachers and artists, each in their own category. The list of jury members will be announced annually before the start of the competition.

- The participant or team must fill out an application (by filling in all the fields of the application) and send it to the organizers at info@festivalcontest.net
-After the organizers answer you to your letter, each participant or team must send a video recording of their performance (1 performance, no more than 5 minutes long. Videos exceeding the time limit will be qualified) ATTENTION! Video recording: a) formats in which video is received: MP4 with H.264 video codec and audio codec ,AAC, .MOV, .MPG and WMV; b) sizes in which videos are received: 240p (426 x 240), 360p (640 x 360), 480p (854 x480), 720p (1280 x 720); c) maximum volume - 20 MB; d) the video material must be “raw”, without any effects or processing; e) video filming should be static, without using zoom; f) the audio recording must be original, without any processing; g) instrumental creativity - all participants must be visible on the video (for soloists - a participant + a musical instrument), vocal creativity - all participants must be visible (preferably the foreground for soloists), choreographic creativity - the entire venue or stage must be visible.
- The organizers undertake to review your video within 5 days and confirm in writing that the video can be submitted to the competition.
- The participant or team that received the confirmation must pay the registration fee and send a copy of the payment order or check in cash to the organizers of the competition.
-After the payment made by the participant, the organizers undertake to place the video on the Festival & Contest You Tube channel within 2 working days, assigning it a number, and inform the participant in writing about the placement of the video.
-The results of the competition will be announced in writing at the end of the competition and posted on the Festival&Contest website - www.festivalcontest.net
-After the announcement of the results of the competition, the organizers undertake to send certificates by e-mail to the address specified in the application.
-The best videos will be posted on social networks (at the choice of the organizers).

- Disqualify a participant or team in the following cases: obscene content of the video material, if the material is suspected of being falsified, if any processing or use of audio-video effects is suspected, if the time limit is not observed, if one of the paragraphs of the “Rules of Participation” section is not observed, without any economic compensation in case of already paid participation in the competition by the participant.
- The organizers reserve the right to use the material received from the participants at their own discretion without any permission from the participant.
- The organizers reserve the right to change the members of the jury during the competition, informing the participants about this, while maintaining the level of the jury member.

Member Responsibility
By sending an application for participation in the competition to the organizers, participants automatically accept all the conditions of this provision, which is an agreement between the parties (organizers / participants). By participating in the contest, participants undertake to comply with all laws that exist and are related to the recording and publication of the video material sent to the organizers. In no case will the organizers be liable for violation of existing laws related to the publication of video material. In case of violation of the laws on the part of the participants, the organizers reserve the right to withdraw from the proceedings or consider themselves a defective part (if there is damage associated with the image or efficiency of the organizers).

ATTENTION! The organizers are not responsible if participants use programs to cheat views or likes, other unfair ways to score points.
