Children, students, professionals and amateurs can participate in the competition. The competition has a qualifying rather than competitive grading principle. The competition is held in two phases: the competition part and the final part. The total prize fund is 40.000.00 rubles ( € 670,00)
The main objective of the Competition is to get a real assessment of the creativity and level of training of young performers from the teachers of the leading European Conservatories, to make important acquaintances in the art world. All participants are awarded prestigious certificates and diplomas with an international grade, the best participants are given discounts on the most prestigious courses in various fields of art.

Creative nominations
All participants of the Competition can enroll in 5 categories:
I - Soloists of instrumental creativity (piano, bow and string instruments, wind instruments, guitar, accordion, etc.)

JUNIOR A - 5-8 years old, maximum performance 5 minutes
JUNIOR B - 9-12 years old, maximum performance 5 minutes
JUNIOR C - 13-15 years old, maximum performance 5 minutes
SENIOR D - 16-18 years old, maximum performance 8 minutes
SENIOR E - 19-21 years old, maximum performance 8 minutes
SENIOR F - over 21 years old, performance maximum 8 minutes

Cost of participation:
Soloist - € 50,00

Children under 7 years old - 20% discount on participation
Children from 7 to 9 years old - 10% discount for participation
Adults over 60 - 10% discount
Disabled people, orphans, children from large families - 50% discount
Distance participation (without the inscription on the diploma “on line”) - 50% discount

II - Musical ensembles and chamber music (2-11 elements)

JUNIOR A - 5-8 years old, maximum performance 5 minutes

JUNIOR C - 13-15 years old, maximum performance 5 minutes

Duet - € 50,00 /per duet
Ensembles from 3 to 11 elements - € 17,00 /for each element

Children under 7 years old - 20% discount on participation
Children from 7 to 9 years old - 10% discount for participation
Adults over 60 - 10% discount
Disabled people, orphans, children from large families - 50% discount
Distance participation (without the inscription on the diploma “in absentia”) - 50% discount

III - Orchestras (symphonic, strings, wind, variety, folk instruments, mixed, others)

€ 17,00 for each element, but not more than € 250,00 for the team.

Rehearsal:
Org. the committee does not provide a tool or hall to prepare participants for the competition. A rehearsal will be organized before the competition:
  • Soloist - 1 minute
  • Ensembles - 2 minutes
  • Orchestra - 5 minutes

Individual information:
Org. the committee provides 1 piano and chairs for the competition for participants. Will not be provided: pipes, percussion instruments, microphones, etc. Participants must provide themselves with everything necessary for the performance.
It is forbidden to use phonograms at the competition, only live performance is allowed, without sound and microphones.
Cost of an accompanist
All participants in need of an accompanist must send along with the application for participation a copy of the sheet music of the work performed for the accompanist, as well as pay an additional fee of € 50.00.
3. All events of the Festival-Competition
Master classes
Only by appointment, a registered certificate of completion of the master class with the signature of Maestro is issued. It is necessary to find out in advance the name of the Maestro and the number of empty seats.
Cost for bidders:
Individual master class - € 80,00 (45 minutes)
Cost for non-bidders:
Individual master class - € 160,00 (45 minutes)

The price includes:

  • translator (if necessary)
Concerts
The event will host the final round - a concert of the winners and an award ceremony for all participants on stage. The following will be selected for the concert:
  • maximum 4 soloists from category JUNIOR + Grand Prix Soloist JUNIOR (from correspondence format)
  • maximum of 4 soloists from category SENIOR + Grand Prix Soloist SENIOR (from correspondence format)
  • maximum of 4 ensembles from JUNIOR + Grand Prix category Ensemble JUNIOR (from correspondence format)
  • maximum of 4 ensembles from category SENIOR + Grand Prix Ensemble SENIOR (from correspondence format)
  • maximum of 4 orchestras from JUNIOR + Grand Prix category JUNIOR Orchestra (from correspondence format)
  • maximum of 4 orchestra from category SENIOR + Grand Prix Orchestra SENIOR (from correspondence format)
All participants who made it to the final will be warned about their participation in the concert in telephone mode on Eve in the evening. The participants who did not make it to the final attend the Concert as an audience and take the stage for the award ceremony.
Competition program
Day 1 - Competition day for all participants, Master classes by appointment, Gala Concert and awards ceremony for participants.

The exact schedule of registration of participants and the line of the competition will be communicated to participants additionally.
4. Jury evaluation system, awards, sponsors

The competition has a qualifying rather than competitive grading principle. Each participant receives a diploma indicating the degree employed based on the average ball scored.
All participants will be evaluated based on their age and creative category. They are evaluated: the technique of performance, the complexity of the selected work, an individual approach to the interpretation of the work, the manner of performance and personal style.
For each creative category, jury members rate 100 points (the average score of each performance of all jury members is calculated).
Depending on the score received, the following degrees and prizes will be awarded to all participants:
  • GRAN PRIX SOLOIST JUNIOR - 100 points or the highest point among participants
  • GRAN PRIX SOLOIST SENIOR - 100 points or the highest ball among participants
  • GRAN PRIX ENSEMBLE JUNIOR - 100 points or the highest point among participants
  • GRAN PRIX ENSEMBLE SENIOR - 100 points or the highest point among participants
  • GRAN PRIX ORCHESTRA JUNIOR - 100 points or the highest ball among participants
  • GRAN PRIX ORCHESTRA SENIOR - 100 points or the highest point among participants
  • Laureate of the 1st degree - 90/99 points
  • Laureate of the 2nd degree - 80/89 points
  • Laureate of the 3rd degree - 70/79 points
  • Member - less than 70 points
*The organizers are in no way related to the work of the jury members and cannot influence their decision. The decision of the panel of judges is not subject to discussion. The results of the evaluations received will be published on the website www.festivalcontest.net in the “reports” section at the end of the competition.
*Among all participants and teams, regardless of the score, the organizers of the competition will choose the brightest numbers to perform at the final concert of the competition (the choice of performances does not depend on the panel of judges, on the score, but only on the colorfulness of the number). The concert will take place only with special permission from the authorities during the pandemic.
The competition will be held behind closed doors, in the form of passing entrance exams. During the competitive viewing, accompanying persons, teachers and parents who have registered at the entrance to the theater are allowed into the hall only if absolute silence is observed. In case of violation of this clause, the organizers reserve the right to ask all those present to vacate the hall.
Jury members
The jury members are associate professors and teachers of the leading Italian conservatories, concert artists who want to identify young talents for further cooperation or study in Italy.
Members of the jury who are in a family or pedagogical relationship with the participants will not give marks for this contestant. The jury members will evaluate the participants on a hundred-point system, after which the average score will be calculated. The jury members have the right to stop the performance of the participant at their discretion. Jury members may not award the prizes specified in the regulations if they do not find a worthy candidate for them. The decision of the jury members is not subject to discussion. The members of the jury are called upon to evaluate the technical training of the participant, his personal data as an artist.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION:
GRAN PRIX winners - receive a diploma in electronic format (1 per team), free participation in full-time format of the competition, get directly into the final round of the competition.
1st degree laureates - receive a diploma in electronic format (1 per team), receive guaranteed participation in the full-time format of the competition with a 50% discount for the remaining half of the contribution.
Laureates of the 2nd degree - receive a diploma in electronic format (1 per team), receive guaranteed participation in the full-time format of the competition with a 25% discount for the remaining half of the contribution.
Laureates of the 3rd degree - receive a diploma in electronic format (1 per team), receive guaranteed participation in the full-time format of the competition with a 10% discount for the remaining half of the contribution.

In addition to prizes and ratings from jury members, a separate People's Opinion prize is awarded for a larger number of likes and views collected. The results are counted below the video in the Videos section (not on the page) as follows:

  • "Young Talent" - awarded to a participant or team from the JUNIOR category, cash prize of 10000.00 rubles (€ 170,00).
  • "Special Prize from the Jury" - awarded to a participant or team from any age category, cash prize of 10000.00 rubles (€ 170,00).
  • "Open Audition Award" - awarded to a participant or team from any age category, a cash prize of 20000.00 rubles (€ 330,00).

The organizers are ready to prepare official letters for sponsors, administrations, cultural departments, school directors, etc. with a request to support your trip to the Competition.
