The event attracts a huge number of participants and creative teams from Russia, Italy, Finland, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia and many other countries.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, creative people exchange experiences, make new friendships, actively work with jury members in staging numbers for the final Gala Concert, participate in master classes, round tables and why not, get acquainted with Italy and the most beautiful cities of art in this country .
The best venues in the city are provided for the event, the most famous artists from Europe compete for the opportunity to become a member of the jury at this prestigious event, as it is supported by the Consulates, Embassies, Ministries of Italy and Russia, the Ministry of Education of the Italian Republic (MIUR), is actively covered in the media of both countries.

All other participants attend the concert as spectators and go up to the stage for the awards ceremony. Participants selected to perform at the concert will be notified the evening before by telephone.

All participants will be judged based on their age and creative category. Evaluated: performance technique, complexity of the selected work, individual approach to the interpretation of the work, manner of performance and personal style.
For each creative category, the jury members evaluate on a 100 point system (the average score of each performance of all jury members is calculated).
*In the case of several performances in the same category, the work that received the highest rating is selected for summing up.

*Large groups of more than 25 people (including accompanying persons) are provided with 1 free accommodation in a triple room for every 25 paying people.
* The organizers do not bear responsibility, neither economic nor moral, in case of refusal by the Italian embassy to obtain visas to enter Italy by the participants. The deadline for payment is 21 days before the start of the Festival-Competition.
*The organizer provides the following documents for issuing visas when purchasing a package with accommodation: hotel reservation for the ordered period (only after paying for the package), confirmation - an invitation from the organizer (only after paying for the package).
Trip Cancellation Penalties:
In case of cancellation of the trip by the participants, the amounts already paid are subject to the following fines:
– cancellation 20 days in advance – penalty 25% of the total amount paid
– Cancellation within 15 days – penalty 50% of the total amount paid
– cancellation 10 days in advance – penalty 75% of the total amount paid
– cancellation in 7 days or less – penalty 100%
Payment Methods
The participant / team undertakes to pay the fee for participation in the Festival-Competition no later than 25 days before the start of the festival by sending a copy of the payment order to the address info@festivalcontest.net. Applications that are not confirmed by payment will be automatically canceled by the organizers.

Florence - the cradle of the Renaissance and an open-air museum, you will find a walking tour of the city with a Russian-speaking guide who will tell you in detail not only about the city, but also about the celebrities who once lived here. You will see the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, Stendhal got his “disgust for the beautiful” syndrome, see the squares and streets of the city, enjoy the unforgettable architecture. The cost is 85.00 euros.
Bus tour “Night Rome” - with night illumination, the city seems magical and, as it were, suspended in the air, it is worth seeing! You are waiting for stops in the most beautiful places of the city for photo sessions and an exciting bus ride with a Russian-speaking guide. The cost is 35.00 euros.
Rome and the Vatican - a walk with a Russian-speaking guide through the Imperial Forums, around the Colosseum, visiting the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Excursion to the most beautiful Cathedral in the world - St. Peter's Set in the Vatican, as well as to the largest museum complex in the world - the Vatican Museums. The cost is 35.00 euros + the cost of the entrance ticket.
