After receiving the application, the organizers will ask you to send by e-mail:
team biography (no more than 20 lines);
color photographs of the team and the leader,
at least 2 MB in size;
the program of performances of the collective (preliminarily).
Details for payment of the competition fee, invoice, contract will be sent to the team after the application is submitted.
Tasks of the choir camp
  • - raising the level of musical and choral education of participants in the choir camp, leaders of groups, choirmasters, music teachers;
  • - creation of a platform for creative communication, for establishing and strengthening friendly ties with creative teams, enhancing cultural exchange;
  • - promoting the integration of world musical cultures and enriching the repertoire of choral performance;
  • - preservation and development of traditions of national musical cultures;
  • - exchange of professional experience, raising the professional level of leaders and members of choirs and vocal ensembles, developing creative, intellectual and communication skills;
  • - development and strengthening of cultural ties between teams from different countries of the world, acquaintance and exchange of cultural and folk traditions of the multinational world;
  • - joint performances of ensembles and choirs of different directions and styles, performing music from different eras in different languages ​​to expand the understanding of the choral performance of participants and spectators;
  • creation of conditions for professional communication of choir conductors, leaders of vocal ensembles, exchange of experience and repertoire;
Choir camp members
Participants of the choir camp can be choirs, vocal ensembles of various stylistic directions, compositions (children's, homogeneous, mixed, incomplete), of any age. Teams can be both amateur and professional, the number of participants is not limited.
2. Categories, age categories, timing, cost of participation in the competition
Categories
Amateur groups: ensembles (up to 12 people) and choirs (children's, homogeneous, mixed, incomplete) of educational institutions (school, college, college, institute, university, academy) that do not have a musical orientation take part.
Professional groups: ensembles (up to 12 people) and choirs (children's, homogeneous, mixed, incomplete) of music schools, colleges, colleges, institutes, universities, academies, professional choral studios take part.
Age categories
  • JUNIOR A - up to 10 years
  • JUNIOR B - from 11 to 14 years old
  • JUNIOR C - from 15 to 18 years old
  • SENIOR D - from 19 to 25 years
  • SENIOR E - 26 years and over
  • MIX F - mixed age category*
  • if more than 30% of the team members do not match the selected age group
Timing and competition program
The total time of the performance of the team in the competition program is at least 10 - maximum 15 minutes, including exit, leaving the stage and pauses between works. The number of essays is not regulated.
Violation of the time limit will be taken into account by the jury when summing up the results of the competition.
For accompaniment, groups are provided with a piano. Other instruments are provided by the teams themselves.
The use of any phonograms is not allowed!
It is desirable that a folk song or an author's work by a composer of the country represented by the group be performed in the competition program.
Cost of participation in the competition
For participants of the choir camp who purchase an accommodation package from the organizers, participation in the competition with 1 competition program is included.
If the team wants to show 2 (or more) competitive programs - € 50.00 (per team, for each subsequent competitive program). Each competitive program is evaluated separately.
For participants who do not purchase an accommodation package from the organizers, participation in the competition with 1 competitive program is € 150.00 per team.
If the team wants to show 2 (or more) competitive programs - € 100.00 (per team, for each subsequent competitive program). Each competitive program is evaluated separately.
3. Jury members, grading system, diplomas and awards

The composition of the jury of the choir competition, which takes place within the framework of the choir camp, is formed from two compositions:
- The main independent jury: formed and approved by the organizing committee of the choir camp from well-known choir conductors, composers, cultural and art figures.
- The second composition of the competition jury: consists of all the leaders of the teams participating in the competition, and is called the "Honorary Jury". Its task is to evaluate the performances of teams during the competition, using the points system proposed by the organizers of the competition. The single average score of the Honorary Jury is summed up with all the scores of the members of the Main Independent Jury.
*The determination of the Grand Prix owner and the assignment of special diplomas is carried out by the Main Independent Jury.
*The jury has the right to divide, award and not award prizes, as well as the Grand Prix. The decision of the jury is recorded in the minutes and is not subject to revision.
*The jury reserves the right to establish additional special diplomas and prizes.
Special diplomas from the jury members
- for the best performance of a work of their country;
- for the best performance of a spiritual composition;
- the best soloist/soloist (of the group);
- the best conductor;
- the best accompanist;
- for the preservation of national and cultural traditions;
- the youngest participant;
- for high pedagogical skills;
- for high performing skills;
Competition grading system and awards
Evaluation of the competitive performance of teams will be made according to the following criteria:
1. degree of difficulty of the program (maximum 10 points from one jury member)
2. intonation, accuracy of the musical text (maximum 10 points from one jury member)
3. rhythm, tempo (maximum 10 points from one jury member)
4. dynamics, agogics (maximum 10 points from one jury member)
5. system, ensemble (maximum 10 points from one jury member)
6. emotionality, expressiveness, artistry (maximum 10 points from one jury member)
Each criterion is evaluated on a 10-point system, with a maximum of 60 points from one jury member for each position.
In total, the team can score 360 ​​points in all positions.
In each category, the points scored determine the places:
360-325 points - 1st place (by category) / Diploma of the Laureate of the 1st degree
324-290 points - 2nd place (by category) / Diploma of the Laureate of the 2nd degree
289-255 points - 3rd place (by category) / Diploma of the Laureate of the 3rd degree
254-220 points - Diploma (by category) / Diploma of the 1st degree
219 -185 points - Diploma (by category) / Diploma of the 2nd degree
184-150 points - Diploma (by category) / Diploma of the 3rd degree
149 - 0 points - diploma of the participant of the competition / Diploma of the participant of the competition
Competition Prizes
The Grand Prix of the competition may be awarded by the decision of the Main Independent Jury to a team from among the Laureates of the 1st degree (by category).
GRAND PRIX - EUR 500.00 (each category)
In the category "Professional Teams" by the decision of the Main Independent Jury, the A. Alexandrov Prize may be awarded.
Official invitations and letter for sponsors
The organizers are ready to prepare official letters for sponsors, administrations, cultural departments, school directors, etc. with a request to support your trip to the Competition. To do this, you need to send to the address info@festivalcontest.net the full name addressed to whom we are making an invitation, the full name of the organization that he leads and the full name of the participant or the name of the team that we are inviting.

Day 1 / Saturday - arrival of participants in Italy, transfer and accommodation in the camp. Meeting with the organizers of the camp.
Day 2 / Sunday - in the morning: rehearsals at the request of the groups, after lunch: free time, in the evening - Concert “Friends to Friends”.
Day 3 / Monday - Free day, a one-day excursion to Venice is offered.
Day 4 / Tuesday - in the morning: rehearsals at the request of groups, after lunch: master classes for the Gala Concert, master classes for leaders, in the evening: free time.
Day 5 / Wednesday - in the morning: rehearsals at the request of groups, after lunch: master classes for the Gala Concert, master classes for leaders, in the evening: Folk music concert.
Day 6 / Thursday - Free day, a one-day excursion to Rome and the Vatican is offered.
Day 7 / Friday - in the morning: rehearsals at the request of the groups, after lunch: master classes for the Gala Concert, master classes for leaders, in the evening: free time.

Day 12 / Wednesday - in the morning: rehearsals at the request of the groups, after lunch: competition day, in the evening: free time.
Day 13 / Thursday - in the morning: rehearsals at the request of the groups, after lunch: competition day, in the evening: free time.
Day 14 / Friday - in the morning: rehearsals at the request of the groups, after lunch: free time, in the evening: Gala Concert and solemn ceremony of awarding the participants.
Day 15 / Saturday - departure of participants from the camp, return home.
* The program may be changed depending on the number of applications or due to organizational technical issues.
Concerts included in the camp program:
  • - Concert “Friends to friends” / implies the mandatory participation of all groups - participants. The purpose of the concert is to introduce all participants to each other, to get acquainted with the music of different countries.
  • - Folk music concert / holding a concert at the request of the participants
  • - Concert of sacred music* / holding a concert at the request of the participants
  • - Concert of classical music / holding a concert at the request of the participants
  • - Concert of contemporary music / holding a concert at the request of the participants
  • Depending on the number of applications, concerts can be held separately in directions or can be combined into one concert program.
  • *According to the plan of the choir camp, a concert of sacred music will be held in the Basilica of Loreto - one of the greatest shrines of Catholic Christianity, located in the Italian town of Loreto, near Ancona. Christians revere it as a real house in Nazareth, where the Holy Family lived and the Word became incarnate. In the 15th century, a sanctuary was erected around the hut, which currently has the status of a small basilica.
  • Due to the uniqueness of the concert venue, the number of participants in the performance is limited. The selection of teams for participation in this concert will be carried out by the organizing committee of the camp remotely. Those wishing to perform in the Basilica of Loreto must send along with the application for participation in the work of the camp a video recording of the performance of the spiritual work by the collective, which he plans to present at this concert.
  • - The works presented by the group in the festival program may be repeated in the competition program.
  • Participation in the combined choir at the final Gala concert is mandatory for all groups participating in the camp.
Workshops included in the camp program:
The festival provides master classes for participating singers:
- choir singing skills
- acquaintance with choral music from different countries
- acquaintance with choral music of different eras, traditions of their performance
- learning the repertoire program for the joint performance of all groups at the Gala Concert
Within the framework of the festival, master classes are provided for team leaders as part of advanced training courses:
- lectures on vocal work with the choir, the history of choral performing arts, on musical and choral education, on conducting techniques, workshops from choral masters from different countries.
Upon completion of the advanced training courses, a personalized certificate of completion of the courses will be issued (72 hours)
Terms of the choir camp
- All teams provide informational material (summary, photo, repertoire). Participants' information sent to the Organizing Committee is used in advertising materials: in posters, booklets, as well as in media announcements.
- The material filmed during the performances at the concerts of the camp belongs to the organizers. The organizer has the right to reproduce and distribute all recordings made during the event.
- It is forbidden to use pyrotechnic, flammable and flammable materials, as well as open fire in the performances of the team.
- All participants pay their own way to Porto San Giorgio and back.
- When purchasing accommodation for participants from the organizers of the event, visa support is provided and a set of documents is provided for applying for independent visas at the visa center.
- The delegation may include not only artists of choirs and vocal ensembles, but also accompanying persons. The number of accompanying persons is not limited.
The organizing committee organizes meals and an excursion program in agreement with the camp participants (options are sent in advance).

4.5 Cost of the choir camp for participants
The cost of participation (without accommodation with the organizers) is € 300.00 per person.
ATTENTION!
Participants purchasing accommodation from the organizers pay 50% of the cost, namely € 150.00.
The price includes:
- participation in all master classes of the camp (except for advanced training courses)
- participation in all concerts offered according to the program
- participation in the Competition (1 competitive program)
- issuance of a personal certificate of passing master classes
- issuance of an international diploma with an indication of the place taken
- commemorative signs in case of Grand Prix and 1st place winner (1 per team)
The cost of advanced training courses for heads of choirmasters, music teachers)
The cost of advanced training courses is € 100.00 per person.
ATTENTION! A leader who enrolls 10 or more participants in a choir education camp participates in the courses for FREE!
The price includes:
- participation in all master classes from Masters from different countries of the world (as per the program)
issuance of a personal certificate of course completion (72 hours)
Paid participation fees are not refundable in any case.

4.7 Special offer for executives
Taking into account the gigantic work of the leader in gathering the team for a trip abroad and participation in a creative choir camp, the organizers offer special conditions:
- When applying for the participation of a team of more than 16 people - accommodation for the leader for the entire period is FREE!
- When applying for the participation of a team of more than 10 people - participation in advanced training courses with a certificate is FREE!
- When registering for excursions of more than 25 people of the team - the trip of the leader is FREE!
- For other conditions, individually selected for you, please contact the organizers
5. Accommodation of participants and free time
Accommodation for participants
Accommodation from the organizers:
Accommodation of participants in a campsite with a pool for adults and children, in bungalows for 2-6 people, 5 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from a grocery store. Each bungalow has its own kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating, toilet and shower, bed linen and towels.
Accommodation cost per person in a bungalow without meals for 15 days / 14 nights:

Single accommodation - € 790.00 per person
ATTENTION! Bungalows do not provide toiletries (soap, toilet paper, etc.) and do not have air conditioning.

– 1 change of bed linen and towels
– use of the pool / taking into account anti-covid norms
– entrance to the beach (sunbeds and umbrellas are paid separately)

- 1 free accommodation for every 16th person in the team

Trip Cancellation Penalties:
Paid participation fees are not refundable in any case.
In case of cancellation of the trip by the participants, the already paid amounts for accommodation are subject to the following penalties:
– cancellation within 20 days – a penalty of 25% of the total amount paid
– cancellation within 15 days – a penalty of 50% of the total amount paid
– refusal within 10 days – a penalty of 75% of the total amount paid
Cancellation within 7 days or less - 100% penalty
ATTENTION! In the event of a force majeure situation, which may be considered the closure of borders or other obstacles related to the movement of participants, the amounts paid will be fully refunded, minus the cost of a bank transfer.

Free time
Participants are invited to visit the following excursions:
Excursion to Venice. Included: transfer on a comfortable bus, Russian-speaking escort for the whole trip, sightseeing tour with a licensed guide around the city (1.5 hours), transfer by ship along the Industrial Canal, use of radio headphones during the tour. Separately paid (optional): gondola ride € 25.00, walk along the Grand Canal € 20.00, lunch. Cost € 110.00 per person (minimum group 30 people).
Excursion to Rome and the Vatican. Included: transfer on a comfortable bus, Russian-speaking escort for the whole trip, sightseeing tour of the city (Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Navona Square, Piazza and St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican) (3 hours), use of radio headphones on the tour. Cost € 110.00 per person (minimum group 20 people).
Excursion to Naples and Pompeii. Included: transfer on a comfortable bus, Russian-speaking escort for the whole trip, entrance tickets to the excavations in Pompeii, a tour of Pompeii (2 hours), a walking and bus tour with a guide in Naples (1 hour), the use of radio headphones on the tour. Cost € 110.00 per person (minimum group 25 people).
